Do you charge a setup fee?
Yes, the first month is higher than the rest to cover the build. After that it drops to the normal monthly price.
Can I own the system outright instead of paying monthly?
In some cases, yes. It works a bit differently since it would run on your own accounts instead of ours, and your team takes on hosting and maintenance. Ask us about it on your call.
Do you replace the software I already use?
No. We build around what you already run (your CRM, job software, or ecommerce platform) and add the layer that's missing. Nothing to migrate, nothing to relearn.
How fast can this go live?
Every automated step has a human approval gate before it reaches a customer, and we build around the tools you already use, so most systems are live in days, not months.
What if you don't deliver?
If your system isn't live and signed off within 30 days of kickoff, your first month is refunded in full. We're early as a business, so we'd rather take that risk than ask you to.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is exported to you. The system itself runs on our infrastructure, so it stops when the retainer does, unless you've arranged the one-time ownership option above.
Is the AI making pricing or approval decisions on its own?
No. The system drafts and prepares. A human always reviews and approves before anything reaches your customer.
